Police in Espanola charged four people for off-road and snowmobile related infractions. The charges come from a R.I.D.E. check during the last week in January. Meanwhile OPP with the East Algoma detachment have charged an Elliot Lake man for driving a snowmobile without a license. The man, who is was stopped on an Elliot Lake snowmobile trail, also had no permit to be on the trail.
