On the heels of an OPP report highlighting numerous snowmobile deaths, this weekend’s Espanola Carnival features tips on snowmobile safety. The free seminar is from the Espanola branch of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Staff will be at the regional complex with a snowmobile talking about safety tips and how to prepare for winter emergencies. The event takes place at the track field beginning at 1:00pm this Sunday.
