The Legion Hall in Massey could be packed the night of March 22nd. That’s when RBC will explain why it’s closing its bank in Massey. In a letter to its customers, RBC says several factors are involved in the decision to close but it doesn’t get specific. The bank says it will explain the decision to merge with the Espanola branch at next month’s meeting. The two hour meeting is set for a 6:00pm start. The Massey bank closes August 16th and right after that, the safety deposit boxes and accounts will be transferred to the Espanola office.
