A Parry Sound area man is charged with criminal negligence causing death after his vehicle crashed and killed the driver of another vehicle. The fatal collision took place last week on Monday night on a secondary highway near Parry Sound. Investigators say the accused was southbound when he crossed the centre lane and hit a vehicle coming toward him. The driver in that second vehicle died at the scene. The accused is a 22-year-old Parry Sound area man and the charge against him falls under the Criminal Code.
