Water meters are coming to Espanola businesses. The installation process begins this spring. Neptune Technology, which has installed meters in other northern communities, including North Bay, will carry out the work. About 200 meters will be installed at Espanola storefronts at a cost of $187,000. Homeowners are not affected by the decision and will continue to pay a flat water consumption rate of just more than 100 dollars monthly.
