Elliot Laker to receive provincial theater award

For more than 35 years, Murray Finn of Elliot Lake has advanced local theater in the community and area.  Now his years of work are being rewarded.  Finn is this year’s recipient of the Michael Spence Award which recognizes people for their contribution to theater.  Over the years Finn has been a member of several theater groups in Elliot Lake.  He’ll receive his distinction next month in North Bay during the Theater Ontario Festival.
