Chili cook-off later this month

Massey is the site for the Northern Ontario Chili championship later this month.  This is the third year the event is being held in conjunction with the Massey Winter Carnival. The carnival runs from February 19^th to the 21^st and the chili cook-off is on the 20^th at the Massey Arena.  There’s no entry fee.
