Families in Algoma don’t have to worry about losing services because of a labour dispute. The Children’s Aid Society of Algoma and its workers have a tentative contract. The deal was reached late Monday. CUPE represents the workers and details will be released once the employees ratify the tentative deal at a future meeting. In the meantime there will be no loss or reduction in family and child services.
