This is the last week for residents in Northeastern Ontario to tell the Local Health Integration Network how to improve the healthcare system. For the past six weeks, the LHIN has been surveying residents in the Northeast on how to strengthen healthcare. So far about 700 people have responded. The health group is looking for input on wait times, increasing coordination care and strengthening the system’s sustainability. The results will be used to guide the LHIN for the three years.
