Sudbury‘s Neo Kids is hosting a new program who kids or teens that are overweight. The program comes in time for back to school, to provide support and education. Is it called Balance, which stands for Bringing Active Living and Nutrition into your Childhood Everyday. They will help families make healthy choices with food and activity.
