Five young boys face charges in connection with a series of break-ins and mischief involving Rainbow Concrete in Espanola. The teens are 13 to 16 and are charged with theft under $5,000 and mischief over $5,000. A sixth young person is also expected to be charged. Several thousand dollars in damage was caused at Rainbow Concrete following break-ins during July. Equipment at the site was also damaged. On one occasion surveillance cameras at the business were stolen however police have recovered some of the cameras.
