Twenty-five years ago, Roberta Bondar became Canada’s first woman to head into space. Now a quarter century later, Bondar of Sault Ste. Marie is planning a seven city tour of Northern Ontario to mark the anniversary. Among her stops are North Bay and Manitoulin Island. Her exact dates will be confirmed in a few weeks. The visits are part of a Canada 150 project in conjunction with Science North.
